Rio Largo Premium Blend extra virgin olive oil is a blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina, grown and pressed on the estate. The olives are handpicked on the estate from March to mid July. The hot dry summers with low humidity levels create perfect growing and ripening conditions.
Tasting Notes
Rio Largo olive oil is blended for a peppery flavour with aromatic properties that reminds one of freshly cut grass. Pairs well with everyday cooking but especially with red meat, pastas and breads. Rio Largo oils are perfect as salad dressings.
