Our Saint Sebastian Bay Extra Virgin Olive Oil is a premium oil from quality olives that have been picked straight from our trees, planted on the banks of The Breede River. Oil is extracted within 2 to 3 hours of picking without the use of chemicals or excessive heat to ensure that its remarkable health benefits, flavour and freshness are maximised. Our oils are carefully blended to create the perfect balance of fruitiness, bitterness and pungency.
