Product Description
To complement our Rio Largo olive oil, we import the finest aged balsamic vinegar from Modena, Italy and bottle it here. It is available in 250ml and 500ml glass bottles which can be refilled from our 1L and 5L bulk containers.
Tasting Notes
Rich in flavour, this balsamic has a high acidity which is strongly reflected in its taste. Close to a standard vinegar, but with a zesty touch of sweetness.
Usage
Perfect in a salad dressing. It’s also a great flavour enhancer for soups and stews, and ideal as a marinade.
