Linda Costa of Olives In Fact is presenting a table olive sensory training course on the 25th of March, 2015 at Klein Joostenberg.
The training course is to introduce the principles and responsibilities of being a sensory panel member, together with the attributes of table olives that are used internationally for this purpose.
There is a need for a trained sensory panel for table olives in South Africa. All interested parties are welcome to attend in order to determine whether this is something they might wish to pursue on a volunteer basis.
The cost of the course is R800 and the course outline is below:
