Rio Largo Extra Virgin olive oil is a blend of Frantoio, Leccino and Coratina, grown and pressed on the estate. This extra virgin olive oil is blended for a peppery flavor and pairs well with red meat dishes as well as pastas and fish, and makes for the perfect accompaniment to salads and dressings.
Our extra virgin olive oil has a definitive and rotund aroma, rich in hints of rosemary and mint, together with spicy black pepper notes. The taste is full and strong on the pallet and is followed by an almond nutty finish.
